Everything you need to manage your collection

Built by collectors, for collectors. Every feature designed to keep your collection organized and secure.

Comprehensive Inventory

Track every detail of your collection - names, serial numbers, grades, values, purchase info, and more. Add your own custom fields and they become first-class: filterable, sortable, exportable.

Smart Auto-Fill

Scan a PSA slab, an ISBN, a VIN, a UPC, or a Magic / Pokémon card and the record fills itself in. Pulls metadata from PSA, IGDB, Scryfall, the Pokémon TCG API, Comic Vine, Open Library, Google Books, and NHTSA vPIC. Free sources never cost a dime.

Scan, Lookup, Verify

Camera scanner for PCGS / NGC / PSA / CGC / SGC slabs, book ISBNs, VINs, retail UPCs, and your own QR labels. Tap-to-focus, torch, zoom, audible + haptic confirmation, and continuous-scan mode for binder runs.

Bulk Add + Saved Templates

Keyboard-driven add flow built for binder walk-throughs and safe inventories. Sticky lookups carry across items, continuous scan reopens the camera after each save, and you can name and reload a per-collection template in one click.

QR Code Labels & Printing

Generate ready-to-print PDFs of QR-coded labels on Avery 5160 (30/sheet) or slab-friendly 5167 (80/sheet). Stick them on cases, safes, and shelves — then walk-and-scan the room during an audit.

Photo Gallery with Filters

Browse photos with type-specific filters. Filter by caliber, mint mark, grade, or any field - then view in masonry, grid, or slideshow.

Audit & Verification

Run audits to verify your collection. Walk-and-scan QR labels to check off items, generate timestamped verification reports for insurance, estate, or compliance records.

Insurance Documentation PDF

One click produces a paginated PDF report — cover page with totals, every item with primary photo, grades, serial numbers, and declared values. Hand it directly to your insurer or estate attorney.

Full Backup & Restore

Download a complete ZIP of your data and photos. Every backup is cryptographically signed and tenant-locked — restores from another account are rejected. No lock-in: your data always belongs to you.

Forensic Activity Log

Every action logged with IP, user-agent, request ID, HTTP status, and outcome. 180 days of retention with one-click CSV / JSON export — exactly what you want when an insurer, executor, or auditor asks.

Install as an App

Add Vaultry to your home screen on iPhone or Android, install it from Chrome on Mac or Windows, or launch from Spotlight. Works as a real app — no app store required.

15 Collection Types

Firearms, accessories, numismatics, watches, sneakers, and 11 more - each with type-specific fields, condition scales, and filters built in. Link accessories to a parent item with Attached Items.

No AI, Ever

Your data is never processed by AI. No auto-tagging, no training, no "smart" suggestions. Just honest, deterministic tools.

Bulk Add with saved templates per collection type

A keyboard-driven add flow built for binder walk-throughs and safe inventories. ⌘/Ctrl+Enter saves and clears the form for the next item, sticky lookups (manufacturer, brand, sport, grading service) carry across items, a per-item photo picker captures shots inline, and continuous-scan mode reopens the camera after each save. Save your common entry pattern as a template ("Main Safe," "Range Bag") and load it in one click next time.

PSA cert scan → full trading-card auto-fill

Scan a PSA slab barcode (or type the cert number) and Vaultry now fills in grade, year, set, card number, player or character, parallel, sport, brand, and grading service — all from the official PSA Public API. Bring your own PSA token for unlimited use, or opt into our Managed key for casual lookups with a small per-call fee. Free tier never touches a paid integration unless you turn it on.

Import a whole PSA collection from one CSV

Drop in the "MY INVENTORY" CSV from your PSA account and Vaultry auto-detects it, splits the Description field into Year / Sport / Set / Card # / Player / Parallel, sets grading service = PSA, and pre-maps every column. An optional checkbox also pulls each card's slab photos (front + back) into your gallery in the same wizard.

Stick them on storage containers, slab cases, safes, gun cases, or display shelves — then use the inventory Scan button to instantly pull up the item during audits. Avery 5160 (30/sheet) and slab-friendly 5167 (80/sheet) supported. Bulk select from inventory, or single-item print from the detail page.

Book ISBN auto-fill via Open Library + Google Books

Scan the EAN-13 barcode on the back of a book (or type the ISBN), tap Lookup, and Vaultry pulls title, author, year, language, page count, publisher, and binding from Open Library — falling back to Google Books when the record is thin. Free, no API key, no third-party tracking. Soft-warns if you're about to add a duplicate ISBN to the same collection.
