QR labels turn any physical item into something you can pull up instantly — scan the label and Vaultry opens that exact item. They're what makes a walk-and-scan audit fast.
Print a sheet
- Select the items you want labels for (a collection, a location, or a hand-picked set).
- Choose Print QR labels.
- Pick your label stock — Vaultry lays the labels out to fit standard Avery sheets:
- Avery 5160 — 30 labels per sheet
- Avery 5167 — 80 labels per sheet
- Vaultry generates a print-ready PDF. Print it on the matching Avery sheets and apply the labels.
Applying labels
- Put the label somewhere it won't wear off but won't harm the item — the underside of a case, the back of a slab holder, the storage box rather than the piece itself for delicate items.
- For items you can't label directly, label the box or slot where they live.
Then scan
With labels applied, the camera scanner reads them like any other code — perfect for checking items off during an audit or pulling up a record on the spot.
