Your collection grows and your needs change, so you can move between plans whenever you like from Settings → Plans & Pricing.
Upgrade
Upgrading (say Pro → Collector) takes effect immediately — you get the higher item limit, more storage, and any features that plan unlocks right away. Stripe prorates the change, charging only for the remaining time in your current billing period.
Downgrade
Downgrading applies too, with one thing to watch: item limits.
- If your item count is within the lower plan's limit, the change is smooth — Stripe credits the unused portion of your current plan toward the next.
- If your item count is above the lower plan's limit, your account goes read-only until you're back under it. You can still export and delete items to get there, then you're fully active on the new plan.
So before downgrading, check that your collection fits the smaller plan — or trim it first.
Switch between monthly and annual
Changing your billing period works the same way and is also prorated. Annual billing is priced at roughly two months free versus monthly. See Plans & what happens when you cancel for the full table.
