As a collection grows, finding one piece — or every piece that matches something — has to be quick. Vaultry's inventory gives you search, filters, sorting, and two ways to view it all.
Search
Use the search box to match on names, notes, and key fields. Start typing and the list narrows as you go.
Filter by the fields that matter
Each collection type offers filters tuned to it — caliber for firearms, mint mark and grade for coins, set and grade for cards. Stack filters to answer questions like "every PSA 10 in this set" or "everything in the office safe." Custom fields you add become filters too.
Sort and choose columns
In table view you can:
- Sort by any column — value, date acquired, condition, or a custom field.
- Reorder columns by dragging them (or with the keyboard) so the details you care about sit up front.
- Page through large collections (50 items per page).
Prefer a more visual layout? Switch to card view to see items with their photos.
Tips
- Combine search + filters to narrow quickly, then sort to bring the top matches to the top.
- Filter by location to prep for an audit of one safe or shelf.
- To analyze offline, export to CSV with your current fields.
