Your activity log

Updated · 1 min read

Vaultry keeps a detailed activity log of everything that happens on your account — a forensic trail you can review if you ever need to answer "what changed, and when?"

What's recorded

Each entry captures the action and the context around it: the time, the IP address, the device / user agent, a request ID, the result (success or failure), and what was affected. That's enough to reconstruct exactly what happened — useful for spotting anything you didn't expect, or documenting a change history.

Review it

Open Activity in the app to see your log, most recent first. Scan it periodically as a security habit, especially if you share a device or want to confirm a sign-in was you.

180-day retention

The activity log is kept on a rolling 180-day window — you always have the last six months of history. Older entries age out automatically; this retention is a fixed policy.

Export it

You can export your activity log as CSV or JSON for the full 180-day window, so you can keep a longer archive or analyze it outside Vaultry. Export is available on the Pro plan and above. If you need history beyond six months, export periodically to build your own archive.
