If you have graded cards registered with PSA, the fastest way to catalog them is to export your PSA inventory and import the whole file at once. This is the most reliable path for large PSA collections — much faster than scanning cards one at a time.
Note: PSA inventory import is available on the Collector plan and above.
Step 1 — Export from PSA
- Sign in to your account on PSA's website.
- Open My Inventory and use its export / download option to save a CSV.
That file lists each card with its cert number, grade, and a combined description.
Step 2 — Import into Vaultry
- Open (or create) a Trading Cards collection.
- Choose Import → PSA Inventory and upload the CSV.
- Vaultry auto-detects the PSA format and pre-maps the columns — it even parses the combined Description into Year, Sport, Set, Card Number, and Player for you.
- Optionally turn on import slab images to pull in the front and back photos for each card.
- Review the preview and run the import.
Why CSV import instead of scanning each card?
You can scan a single PSA slab and look it up live, but PSA's public API is heavily rate-limited, so live one-at-a-time lookups are best-effort and can be slow. Your PSA inventory export already contains the full grading record for every card you own — importing it gets everything in one pass, with no per-card lookups.
