Once you've added photos to your items, the Gallery is the fastest way to look at a collection visually — great for browsing, spotting a documentation gap, or just enjoying what you've built.
View modes
Open Gallery on any collection and switch between:
- Grid — uniform thumbnails, easy to scan.
- Masonry — a Pinterest-style layout that respects each photo's shape.
- Slideshow — one photo at a time, full size.
Filter what you see
The gallery uses the same type-specific filters as your inventory, so you can narrow to exactly the photos you want — every PSA 10 in a card set, every item with a certain caliber or mint mark, or everything in one location. Combined with search, it's a quick way to review a slice of the collection.
Spot the gaps
Scanning the gallery makes it obvious which items are missing photos, or which still need a shot of the serial number, receipt, or certificate. Tap through to an item to add what's missing — see Add photos to an item.
